Expiry is money on the shelf
Every item tracks its stock batch by batch, each batch with its own expiry. The expiry report shows what is approaching its date while there is still time to move it or return it to the supplier — and the dead stock report shows what has quietly stopped selling, so your capital is not sleeping on a shelf. Stock lookups show the current batch and expiry right at the counter, and from the phone app in the aisle.
Bills in seconds, on pharmacy paper
Search by name or scan a barcode, set the quantity, done — the counter queue is the whole design brief. Invoices default to A5 paper, the half-sheet size pharmacies actually use, with A4 and thermal-roll receipts a setting away. Customer records carry the doctor's name, and credit sales go into a running ledger so dues are a list you collect from, not a memory you argue about.
GST without a spreadsheet
GST is calculated per line, with each item's own rate and HSN. The reports section produces GST summaries and a GSTR-1 export you can hand to your accountant as-is. No month-end evening spent rebuilding the register in a spreadsheet.
The supplier invoice pile
Purchase entry is where pharmacy evenings go to die — thirty lines of items, batches and expiry dates, typed by hand. Common questions
Is there a separate pharmacy edition?
No — pharmacy is a business type inside the app. Choose it and the pharmacy defaults (A5
invoices, batch and expiry fields, doctor on the customer) are simply on. Retail and wholesale
shops use the same app with their own defaults.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Billing, inventory, reports and backups are fully offline. Internet is needed only for the
optional extras: AI invoice scanning, Cloud Sync and updates.
